“Value Max gave us a reasonable bid to replace the carpeting in our mother-in-law apartment with laminate flooring. After pulling up the carpet, a large crack in the concrete floor was discovered. Although Roman went to a lot of extra work filling and leveling the crack, he honored his original bid price. The flooring, baseboards, stairway, and fireplace hearth all look great!”
